PROVEN Leader. STUDENT-FOCUSED Results.

Hi, I’m Thida Cornes, your Board President and MVLA Trustee in Area 3. I’m a disabled immigrant, a mom, and a longtime Mountain View resident, with my service dog, Jeeves, always by my side.

Four years ago, you elected me to ensure MVLA serves all students, including those who face challenges. Now I’m running for re-election to build on this work and help ensure each and every student graduates with the confidence, skills, and support they need to pursue a fulfilling life and a meaningful, financially stable career.

Meet Thida.
